GENERAL NOTES

CANCELLATION POLICY

To confirm your reservation we require a credit card as guarantee.

50 € per person will be charged in case of:

• No show
• Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice of the booked time; 48 hours in case of group larger than 5 people
• Failure to notify us of the change in the number of place settings with less than 24 hours notice of the booked time; 48 hours in case of group larger than 5 people

Cancellation under penalty with less than 24 hours  notice of the booked time and with less than 48 hours in case of group larger than 5 people: email only to restaurant@paragon700.com

For gift voucher holders, in case of cancellation less than 48 hours from the booked date, the gift voucher will be considered void and no longer usable.

Requests for changes in the number of place settings will be evaluated according to the availability of existing reservations, reserving the possibility that we may not be able to accommodate them.

To change the date of an existing reservation within the above timeline, we advise you to cancel it and proceed by checking availability online; alternatively, our reservations office is available at 0831 369219 or by email at restaurant@paragon700.com

DELAYS

Please notify us of any delays as soon as possible by contacting our restaurant at 0831 369219.

Reservations are valid up to 15 minutes after the reserved time. In any case no later than 2:45 p.m. for lunch and 9:30 p.m. for dinner. After 15 minutes of delay without prior notice, we will reserve the right to cancel your reservation with penalty fee applied.

GROUPS

It is possible to book directly from the site for groups of up to 5 people. If you wish to book for a larger group of more than 6 people, our reservations office is available on 0831 369219 or via email at restaurant@paragon700.com

CHILDREN

In total understanding of the needs of all our guests and respectful of the importance and value of the experience at our restaurant, we welcome children from 12 years of age. 

CLOTHING

We do not require a defined dress code. We recommend dressy or smart casual attire. For men, we ask to avoid t-shirts, shorts and open-toed shoes.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Any special requests (floral decorations, cakes, etc.) can be indicated in the notes field at the time of booking. The reservation office reserves the right to check the feasibility of the request based on the timing and nature of the request.

PETS

Small 4-legged friends up to a maximum of 10 kg are welcome in the restaurant rooms. Please indicate their presence in the notes field when making your reservation.
